Bias and Diversity Training
Our firm conducts in person and remote training for law firms, bar associations, in house counsel departments, and businesses on proven techniques to combat bias, and consults with firm management on best practices with regard to bias in the context of the firm’s supervisory responsibilities under state law equivalents to ABA Model Rule 5.1. Training is conducted from the perspective of our firm’s extensive experience representing lawyers and law firms in ethics and professional responsibility matters.
